Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.

Responsibility for Rental Items

Our catering packages include carefully curated serving pieces, tiered stands, china, and decorative elements.

Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file at the replacement value. You will always be notified before any charge is processed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made 3 business days or more before your event receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

This policy allows us to prepare fresh food and reserve inventory specifically for your gathering.

The experience is curated to maintain a consistent and elevated presentation. While selections may vary seasonally, customization is limited to ensure quality and balance
